I received the wrong item:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us through the contact page or by emailing info.luxurysamples@gmail.com. Include your name, address, and order number, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

One of my samples is missing:

Upon receiving your order, please check it immediately to ensure all samples are included. If you notice a missing sample, contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we can only address missing samples if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to assist with missing items if contact is made days or weeks after delivery.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return your order if you change your mind after purchase, provided the order is unopened and in its original packaging with seals intact. Opened packages are considered used and will not be eligible for return. Returned orders will be refunded minus the delivery cost (if applicable) and a 15% restocking fee, calculated from the total value of the returned items.
